There’s nothin’ like coming home from a long, stressful day at work to find out that your printer has messed up that big batch of holiday cards you ordered. They’d been doing so well for so long, and now this. And it’s the one thing in the order that was actually time-sensitive.
I emailed customer service, but I think I’d better get on the phone as well. Sigh.
Long story short: no cards in the shop yet.

how annoying and stressful. hopefully they will be apologetic, speedy to fix the problem, and give you a discount.
